AdRotate on Startpage

The image doesn’t load, but if that location is a widget, you can use the AdRotate widget. If it’s hardcoded in the theme, you may want to edit that file (sidebar.php perhaps?) and replace the advert thingy with AdRotate PHP.

For example;
<?php echo adrotate_group(1); ?>
Where 1 is the group ID.
