    Hello,

I see AdRotate supports HTML5 ads so I did a test and it pointed to the correct folder under the /banners folder. But, it did not seem to work. Before we purchased the Pro version, we just wanted to be sure that using the Pro version would solve the issue? Using an absolute path to the folder shows the HTML5 ad fine. Just not with AdRotate using the dropdown option to the directory.

    Thanks for your time,

    Tim

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Both plugins work the same way to read/interpret the banners folder.
I looks for certain image files and html files to show in the dropdown menu.
Up to 2 levels deep from banners/.

So banners/my_campaign/index.html should show up in the dropdown for example.

If files are ‘missing’ they’re either the wrong file type or in the wrong place.
