    Hello,

I am running a multisite website having problems with purging caches for regular adminstrators, only super admins can purge all caches. As an administrator I get the notice –> Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

If it is not possible to fix this, how can I auto-purge caches for Woocommerce detail and list/archive pages? Problem is that after updating a product the changes (e.g. adding or removing sale price) are only applied to detail page and not list/archive page.

    Thanks!
    Georg

    Hello @georgdem

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
Due to obvious security reasons, there is no option in W3 Total Cache to make the purge Cache available for users other than Super admin roles in your WordPress unfortunately.

However, W3 Total Cache is built with a trigger to purge the cache when a page is updated in Performance>Page Cache>Purge Policy. This means that if you users make and save a change to a page on your website the cache will be flushed.
There are some workarounds that you can do by editing the user roles, however, once again, this is not advisable and not something that we would implement directly in the plugin.
You can edit the user roles using the plugin and give specific user roles more capabilities.
You can also check this link for more details on using some filters to achieve this.
Also try enabling the following in the Purge Policy:
    Post comments pages
    Post author pages
    Post terms pages
    and also if archived:
    Daily archive pages
    Monthly archive pages
    Yearly archive pages

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you!
