Admins cannot edit each other

It looks like I have to enable the manage_network_users capability which gives admins the ability to add and remove admins, but also gives them access to the user role editor controls to monkey around and do other things. So for that I had to remove this plugin. Seems nice, would’ve been nice to keep it, but you can’t please everybody.
