“Administrator” rights

Hi there,
I use the forum in connection with Buddypress (current version) and the rights administration “User Role Editor Version: 4.53.1”. The forum takes everything from Buddypress.
I now have a problem with access rights to a forum. I have “Administrator” rights as the primary right and also the “Board” right.
In a forum, the “administrator” has unrestricted rights and the “board” only read rights. In this forum, although I have both rights, I am only granted the rights of the “Board”. Why is that? How can I change this?
The forum has the roles of “administrator” and “board” all other roles have no access to it.
