Administrator has lost access to Advanced Access Manager

Hello,

I lost my permissions to access to Advanced Access Manager. I was block some capabilities and i thought i was select another user and i block access to AAM. When i saw, i was blocking access to administrator. Now i cannot see AAM in the menu. Someone help me please?
