Administrator cannot create post on multisite subsite

Hi,

I am creating a CPT on a subsite on a multisite, as network admin, and setup custom fields to each. I as super/network admin can add content but Administrators cannot. They get a message that says:

> Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this post.

From what I can see permissions/capabilities seem correct. Thoughts on why and what changes I need to make to allow Administrators to add content too?
