administrator and members

  • Hi,

    Thank you for this great plugin. Its wonderful and very helpful!!
    I have two problems…

    1) Do you know why there is nothing showing off, when i am logged in as administrator? In any role there is no problem, but as an administrator i dont see the dating-site. Only a few of the shortcodes are working then.

    2) Since I installed the premium-version i dont see any members under “members” in backend. They are still there and are able to login, but they dont show off in the overview.

    Also in “User control” under “Payment” no User show up when i am searching for anybody…!?!

    Hi,

    1. It’s because Admin is not a Rencontre user. It is more safety and simple like that.

    2. I don’t understand your strange issue. What’s happening if you deactivate rencontre Premium ?
    Please change the debug mode to ‘true’ in wp-config.php and send-me back the error you see in this page.

    If I deactivate recontre Premium all members show up!

    The Error is:

    I also tried to deactivate other plugins. But this didnt word (members didnt show up).

    Hi,

    OK, the table doesn’t exist. Two cases :
    – The table exists with another prefix (XXXrencontre_payment).
    – The table doesn’t exist and MySql refuse to create it.

    Check PHPMyAdmin to see if the table exists with another prefix. If it’s the case, change the table name to have the same prefix as the other tables (wp_).

    In the second case (most probable), your server refuses a specific MySql command (ON DELETE CASCADE). It’s already happened. Send me a mail and I will send you a patch for this.
