Administration User Registration

Is is possible to show the member options on the User Registration page in the WP Admin panel?

Currently how the plugin is set up is that if an admin wants to log in and register a new user themselves they need to first register the user, copy the username, search the username, and then assign the user a membership level and expiration date ( if necessary ).

What I’d like to happen is combine these steps and add the user level and expiration date onto the Admin Panel user registration page /wp-admin/user-new.php so it’s far less of a hassle especially for sites with many members and will ultimately be less confusing from an admins perspective.
