Administration email address change issue

I’m trying to change my administration email address in settings when I log into WordPress for my website.

Beside the current email address it says:
“This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this, we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.”

I’ve tried to change the email address twice now and I haven’t received a confirmation email either time. As a result, I can’t change the address. Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone know how to fix it?
