Adminimize – Admin user doesn't have logout feature on dashboard

    I am using the latest version of Adminimize on WordPress 4.3.1. I created an Admin user to have a user with some but not all Administrator capabilities. I find that the Admin user does not have logout capabilities on the WordPress dashboard — no logout option in the upper right corner.
    The only place I see to deal with logout is on “Admin Bar Beta” where there are the following options:
    Bob Lemley Log Out (mw-account)
    — (user-actions)
    — [email protected] (user-info)
    — Edit My Profile (edit-profile)
    — Log Out (logout)
    For each of these I left the checkbox unchecked to the Admin user.
