Adminbar not showing

    hi! I had this problem with multiple similar pop-up plugins but for some reason upon activation my adminbar becomes hidden in the frontend. I tried to display it again using CSS but it won’t work. I use Divi builder could this be a reason? Please help it’s really annoying. Thank you!
