Admin WP-Geo Window Always Open

When creating a new post there are several open or closed windows below the text entry window (Discussion, Post Revisions, Comments, etc.). These windows are typically closed when you first enter the New Post page. However, the WP-Geo window is always open (extended downward). If you click the “close” triangle, it will close. But when you save a draft of the post, or you do a Post/Update, the window reverts to its open state.
