Admin wordpress very slow

Hello

I have a probleme with Captcha. When I use it, my admin (and only my admin) is very slow (one minute to upload one page).
i have desactivated it and everything is ok. It is strange because I use this pluggin since years without any problem. Do you have an idea about how to fix it ?
