    Is there any way for the admin to send notes or communicating with the vendor besides the email option?

    I am so sorry to say that the lite version does not have the feature. But there is an announcement feature by which the admin can share important announcements to all vendors or some vendors at a time. Unfortunately, that is a paid feature and we are unauthorized to discuss such features in this forum. In case you need information on the matter you can contact the website.

    Or to gain a feature that is not included by default there is always the option to customize the coding ??
