Admin users can't see restricted content

  • hi there,
    i have content that is visible to those that have the Yearly Sub. and Monthly Sub group access. but as an admin i can’t see the content. shouldn’t i have access to everything regardless? how can i change this?

    code i am using:

    [groups_member group=”Yearly Subscriptions” group=”Monthly Subscriptions”]

  • Hi,
    be sure you have selected “Administrators override all access permissions derived from Groups capabilities.” in Groups->Options.

    hi there,
    sorry for the late response. i have Administrators checked across the board:

    Access Groups, Administer Groups, Administer Groups plugin options

    and i still can’t view the restricted content.
