    Dear Team,

We are using this plugin and it works smoothly in way it should work. But we have observed a problem, where one of our administrator user is not able to add any script/code/text in any of the 3 blocks, not in header, not in body and not even in footer.

The user can view the blocks but when try to add anything, it does not allow.

What could be the issue and how can we fix this?

The user do not see anything different from plugins usual UI. Do we have any config where we can set or manage which users can use what?

    Appreciate your quick help.

    Thanks

    Hi @c1admin,

Thanks, but the issue you mentioned should not occur. If the user can see the plugin UI, he should be able to add any script there.

That’s not the plugin’s normal behavior, so we need to investigate it more on your site, as there might be a plugin conflict.

For that, please contact us on our support forum so we can get further details from you.

It is happening, i forgot to mention, it is a multisite, and if we make the user Super Admin, then the user can add and access the code, but as an administrator, the user is not able to access the codes.

    Any help?

That’s strange because Insert Headers And Footers work fine in a multisite environment, and no such issue occurs as verified on our side.

We might need to check a few more things on your site. For that, please contact us on our support forum because such information can’t be taken from the user here.

    Hope you understand. Looking forward!
