Admin user is not editable suddenly!

Hello!

I had duplicated the admin role and had given all access to the new duplicated role and everything was working fine. But suddenly the admin user is not editable from my settings. Earlier it was editable & working fine. (Screenshot : https://prntscr.com/natrzk )

Also, I am sure that no one has tinkered with the plugin or settings also. Is there any new update that has changed it?
