Admin URLs in Notification Emails Not Reflecting New Admin URL

Hi there. Great plugin. On one of my client sites, though (https://www.lindsaymhernandez.com/), the comment emails do not include the updated admin urls. They still say /wp-admin/, and errors out when you click on it.

I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating Jetpack, which was suggested in a few similar forum topics, but no luck. I also tried re-saving the “email me when” options, which didn’t solve it either.
