Admin UI icons

Which kind of Pod is this? Is it an extended or created content type?

It’s a new post-type Pod, not an extension. The choices in Admin UI:
Post Type Description (text)
Show Admin UI (checkbox)
Show Admin Menu in Dashboard (checkbox)
Show in Navigation Menus (checkbox)
Show in Admin Bar “New” Menu` (checkbox)

Did you enable Show Admin Menu in Dashboard?
The menu fields are depending on this checkbox.

Nevermind, I reproduced your issue.
On load (even if the checkbox is checked) the options aren’t shown.

If you uncheck and re-check the checkbox for Show Admin Menu in Dashboard you should see the options.
