admin toolbar missing

  • Hi,
    I need some help on how to make sure that admin toolbar to appears again.
    I have a website on the server, and I was working on it with no problems at all. but once logged out then try to log back in using the same username and password, I was able to log in as administrator, but the admin toolbar was showing on the tap of the page (dashboard), now I am unable to access the dashboard to make any adjustment to the site.
    I have disabled all the plugs-in, and still no chance.
    Any idea on how to fix this problem without losing any data used on the theme?
    Please help ASAP.

    Note: I am using a theme that I purchased on line and compatible with wordpress.
