• Hi,

When I click on the menu “admin toolbar”, the page is displayed but does not load entirely. The page is waiting and then no longer responding. I can not use it.

How can I fix this problem? The other menus work correctly.

Do you get any javascript console errors in your browser?

Have you tried disabling other plugins?

    Hi,

With all plugins disabled the problem remains the same, the page is displayed but does not load fully. And there is no javascript error when I consult the console.

    Hi there,

I also installed it on two other sites and I have the same result. Everything works except the “admin toolbar” menu.

When I click on the menu “admin toolbar”, the page is displayed but does not load entirely. The page is waiting and then no longer responding.

    Hi,

In the menu item created by the plugin titled “Custom Admin Interface”, can you click on the help link and then go to diagnostic information. Can you please copy and paste that info in your reply. Can you also go here: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ and let me know what browser you are using. So far I am unable to repeat this and no other user has reported this issue. Thanks,

I am sorry, if you are using Chrome this is what I am using so I am unable to repeat the issue. I will leave this as unsolved. Sorry I can’t assist you further.

The other thing I can recommend is trying to delete the toolbar settings. So in the “Custom Admin Interface” menu item go to: “Manage Settings”, go to “Delete Plugin Settings” and then select “Admin Toolbar” and then click the “Delete Settings” button. Then try going to the admin toolbar edit page.

It would be very odd if the page was not displaying but there were no console errors.

    Hi,

I followed your instructions but no change. By cons, at the console, I have the following message:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.form.min.js.map, line 0)
