Admin toolbar drop-down menu

  • Hello,

    Could you direct me where I could find the restriction settings about the Admin toolbar drop-down menu at the backend?

    I have created a role that has no access to posts. Although I restrict him to create a new post, the drop-down menu “+New” appears with “Post” being an available selection. If the user click on it an “Access Denied” message appears as it should.

    Is there a way to remove the “+New” drop-down menu as a whole?
