Hi ToscaLahiri can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen to see if it is a conflict with the theme?

Hi, I know it isn’t a theme conflict as I have used your plugin with this theme many times. Problem still exists after updating your plugin again this week.
    Thanks

If you have any of the Firewall rules enabled can you disable all of them. Then carry out another test. If that does not work while you sill have all the Firewall rules disabled, also disable all your other plugins except this one; and carry out another test.

Hi, Basic firewall is not disabled and the issue is resolved. However, seems I should have the firewall enabled.

Hi, if the firewall is disabled and your issue is resolved then we can say that one or a couple of the firewall features conflict with one of your plugins or maybe even the theme.

What you can do is enable one by one the Firewall features. At the same time that you enable one of the Firewall features carry out a test. Do this until you come across the conflict.

    Regards
