admin theme not working – identical install on 2 serves

    Hi,

    I am having a problem with the admin theme. When I uploaded to my server (3 attempts) the admin looks like it has no css themes applied.

    I tried another server and it worked fine. Is there a PHP server configuration that would make this happen?
