Admin subpage show Only 4 fields as columns

I am trying to modify the Admin subpage of CFDB7 to display the form’s other fields(“Report”) as the 5th column, following the first 4 fields. I have attempted to implement a filter for this purpose, but it doesn’t seem to be working as expected. Can anyone provide guidance on how to successfully add the Report as the 5th column in the CFDB7 Admin subpage?
