    when a user makes a purchase on the website. the user receives the email with the pending order while the admin of the e-commerce store does not receive the “new order” email…
    I use the Brevo SMTP service and with the tests via Brevo the emails are sent correctly while the emails to the store administrator do not receive anything, what can I check?

    Thank you for bringing us your attention.

    We have not had a chance to check the Brevo SMTP service. Before going further investigation in this issue, please install a Mailog plugin and verify if the email event is being sent from your site. You can see this guide.

    I installed the plugin it seems that the emails go to the admin email but nothing arrives, I tested the incoming emails from the admin email but the emails from other sources (outlook, gmail, libero…) arrive correctly
