Admin Styles Not Loading Properly

    Hi Everyone,
    I am in the process of switching hosts from a VPS to shared hosting. The transfer went fine, but I immediately noticed that once WP was installed on the new host, half of my allowable memory was used (my site was unbearably slow). I investigated caching plugins and tried to install WP Super Cache. It didn’t help, so I deactivated and uninstalled it. Now I’ve got an issue where the admin styles aren’t loading properly. I have no idea if any of this is related. I’m wondering if it could be a memory related issue on my new host, but my cPanel says I’m running at about 80/256 MB.

    Another symptom I notice is that the #adminmenuwrap id isn’t getting any styling from colors.min.css, which I discovered by looking at another WP site hosted on a different server.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
