admin-styles.css is hiding save post metabox

    Since the last update (4.11), there is some CSS code on admin-styles.css that is hiding some important UI on the save post metabox for all pages/posts/CPT.

    #misc-publishing-actions,
#minor-publishing-actions { display: none; }

    this will hide all options for save as draft, preview changes, change visibility, etc.

    I have the same problem, after update scheduling and saving draft is not possible any more.
