admin site very slow after duplication

    hello
    today i used wp duplicator to close a website into 2 different servers.
    in one of them things went really very fast but in the second things started badly because already the installer.php was slow. I thought i didnt work but it was just extremely slow. In spite of this it completed the task with success and the created website was working.
    the resut is that this website is quite fast in the frontend but extremely slow in the administration. both sites are in an intranet enviroment therefore the speed is not influence by the connection. any idea?

  • Hey Giorgio,,

    You can always deactive the plugin to see if things improve. If they do get faster, then you may have to submit a support ticket and I would have to see what conflicts are causing the slow-down. If its still slow then you may have to try this plugin to see where the issues are being generated.

    Hi. i solved the problem. it depended by the network policies (firewall or proxy i am not sure). My suggestion for other users in similar cases (site slow) is to activate the debug mode and to consider the network policies before trying to investigate on the plugins.
