Admin side Load InstantSearch Dashboard URL not work

Hi,
Recently my client purchase your plugin premium plan for “Instant Search + for WooCommerce Search”.
In admin side woocommerce setting when i click on “Load InstantSearch+ Dashboard” button then open this URL in new tab https://woo.instantsearchplus.com/wc_dashboard?site_id=a1aea04c-62a7-4cd3-aca7-808978c1aaa0&authentication_key=ag1zfmFjcC1tYWdlbnRvchoLEg1BTV9TaXRlX0dyb3VwGICAoNeYipUIDA&new_tab=1&v=1.3.2 but nothing is display. Only display blank white screen.
So please help me how can i integrate my premium plan with my woocommerce site.
