    Hi Support Staff,

I hope you are doing well. I am having a weird issue in backend of one of my client’s theme who are using your plugin. The theme has admin options to save custom email body text which will be triggered on different operations. Your plugin is denying some content from it to be saved, every time we add that content, it recognizes it as spam and we are unable to find out that which word is being recognized as spam.

Is there any option that we can set to prevent the plugin to look for spam entries in admin section?

    Hello.

Could you tell us what the theme your client uses? We would test it with our Anti-Spam plugin and make some fixes if it is necessary.

Also would be nice if you tell us what steps we should do to see the issue.

    Best regards,

Thank you for the response. They are using Traveltour Theme here is the link https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/

Is it not possible for you to give a list of words which are being marked as spam through your system from my client’s account?

    Best Regards

    Hello, @cmsexpert

I suppose that the point is anti-spam plugin intercepts some actions from the admin panel.

Please, create a ticket with your question in our support system, so we can check your CleanTalk profile and find the source of the issue:

    Thank you.
