admin see all the tickets

    i am an admin but i cant see the tickets in Tickets tab.

    Please check your admin capability. Admin should have “mange option” capability.

    where can I see that manage option capability?

    Are you using any Role Editor plugin? Are you facing the same problem with other roles also?

    i have 2 roles the admin,keymaster and the other is support user, participant. Before i already saw it but now i am not seeing it, so i am not sure what really cause it. i have no role editor plugin.

    Please check you are using updated version (8.0.7) of WP Support Plus. Also please share your system info file which you can download here Support Plus > Doc & Support > WPSP system info file.
