Admin sections appears damaged

    Hello :
    After logging in today to my site, I noticed that all pages in the admin section are not working normally.
    Appearance is damaged, and the internal sections appear as links
    Even the admin menu side appears completely (without css)
    All this steps which I took did not work with me to solve the problem:
    1- Disable all Plugins. And activating standard themes.
    2- Downgrading WordPress to v 5.1 by Plugin. my installed WordPress is 5.3.2
    3- I uploaded completely new files to WordPress folders via ftp and replaced all of the files and did not work (except ” wp-config.php & .hatccess file)

    note: my site front page looks fine . only admins sections was damaged.
    What are the solutions for this problem ???
