Admin section won’t load any modules to input event details

    When adding or editing evets, the admin section wont load any modules to input event start/end dates, event detail and venue details …when editing an existing event I see the below code in the post description section.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we will be releasing a fix for this as soon as possible.

    What is going on is that, for some users, there is a conflict between Block Editor and their page builder.

    As a workaround, simply head over to Events > Settings > General and uncheck Activate Block Editor for Events.
    Then, in the Text tab of the classic editor, remove the block code (e.g. <!–) and save the event. https://d.pr/i/jUUc07

    Let us know how that goes.

    We wanted to let you know with our latest release of The Events Calendar 5.14.2, we resolved an issue that may be affecting you and made improvements so that the date and time metabox appears as expected. Check out our full Release Notes for more details and update your plugin at your earliest convenience.

    As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, and having a recent backup, but it should all be smooth sailing. If you implemented any workarounds, you may remove them after updating.
