I have this plugin installed on one site on server A and server B, and the admin screen of your plugin is fine.

On one exact PROD copy of the site on server B, the admin screen only shows the ‘save’ button on the “Custom Code’ tab, which also happens to show the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to edit plugins for this site.” despite being an admin.

Nothing within WordPress, content or server is different between the 2 copies of the site on the same server other than caching.

The Custom Code tab only shows the Save button:

and the License Key tab is completely blank:

and no JS errors (or PHP errors/warnings):

    Hi,

Please check your permission to edit the plugins for the site where you faced the issue and try to reinstall the plugin. If reinstalling the plugin does not solve the problem, please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty-Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Deactivate all of your plugins except the reCaptcha Plugin and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one by one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
    3) Contact us back with information about the results.

I’ve done all those things previously with no results. Despite the “You do not have sufficient permissions to edit plugins for this site.” warning, I can do anything I need to with all other plugins just fine. I’ve also tried resetting file permissions for the entire application, also with no results.

As mentioned, an *exact copy* of the site on the same hosting platform works fine, so something must be corrupted with the install that is stuck in the database and not updating when the plugin is reinstalled.

What is also interesting is the setup nag banner never goes away either, so it must think it is not setup.

Could you please try to clean the cache on your site and try to reinstall the plugin one more time?
