Admin Role Missing in Add New User

Hi,

I can no longer add a user with admin Role as Admin. It has disappeared from the Role drop-down menu when adding a new user. It’s a membership site an using 10 Levels and I read on another post that this can be a problem. I’ve added super_admin = “1” to configpress but it is still not working.

Also found this in your documentation:
“From release AAM 2.5, by default, site administrator is not allowed to manager Administrator Role as well as any other roles or users that have Capability Level 10 “

But not sure what it means.
