    In the past, customers was receiving emails of the completed transaction. I was notified by my client, that his customers was not receiving their emails. I manage the website for him.

    The admins are receiving the transaction reports fine.

    The setup is using Paypal Payments Standard 2.0. Once payment is received, the owner manually marks the Payment Accepted. Then the transaction report arrives to admin, but never to customer.

    I am not 100% sure when this stopped happening, but I am unable to get it working again.
