Admin products page is blank

Just noticed that the WooCommerce Products page (or All Products) does not work — I get nothing but a blank gray page. All other pages under Products work fine, I can add a new product, etc.

I disabled all plugins related to WooCommerce but it did not fix the issue.
My site is hosted on flywheel, so I used the backup feature to rollback my site 7 days hoping to fix the issue but no dice.
I flushed the cache but it did not help.
Wordpress & WC are up to date as of this writing.

I only have maybe a couple of hundred products in total.

Any idea how/why this happened and how to fix it?
