Admin Pop-up windows displayed under page

  • I have been searching for an answer to this but wasn’t able to find one

    All pop up windows, Add an Image, Add a video, install a plugin etc are being displayed at the bottom of the page below the editor see example

    We’re currently running 3.1 with very few plugins I have tested in all three IE, Chrome, Firefox still get the same problem

    Any Ideas?

  • Inside your editor screen, look for “screen options” (upper right hand side of the screen). Change it from 1 column to 2 columns.

    Thanks for the quick reply I tried your suggestion, it was set to 2 columns, I tried it both ways and still get the same problem

    ah..well, if its set to 2 columns, try just dragging the sections you want in the right column in the gray box that should show up. You might need to re-select 2 columns to see it.
