I understand that you are unable to connect your WooCommerce store to your Facebook shop and you are receiving the error message: Admin permission required, correct?

Kindly be informed that having admin access to the page isn’t quite enough permission, as required by Business Manager. Can you please confirm that you are also added as an admin to business manager and related assets?

This should be possible by adding you to the business manager account via https://business.facebook.com/settings/people/ and assigning you all assets to manage. This should then allow you to run through the new connection process which will create a system user the plugin uses to manage the same assets too.

All assets assigned through business manager, still can’t get it to connect. Error I get is Permissions error: access_denied, reason: user_denied.

Thanks for your confirmation that even after all assets are assigned to you, you are still unable to connect.

I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

As per the screenshot error, seems like you don’t have access to the specific settings I attached even though being an admin.
