Admin Permission Required

    I am admin to the facebook page but every time I try and configure it says “Admin Permission Required. You don’t have permission to edit these settings. Reach out to the admin of store to gain access.”

    Please help as I’ve tried to reinstall and same issue… my business is suffering as a result

    This generally indicates your permissions in Facebook need to be edited to be able to connect. If you are not the page creator, have them follow this guide to add you to their Business Manager.

    They may want to remove and re-add you to be sure you have the right permissions.

    If you own the page and Business Manager for the page, please go to the Facebook Business Settings – Pages area, select the Page in question, go to the People tab, and ensure your name is listed there with the Manage Page toggle enabled.

    If these tips don’t resolve the issue, please get back to us with a screenshot of your Business Manager permissions.
