Admin password OK, no Access to Dashboard

I had WordPress under a subdirectory and decided to load it to the domain root instead.

At this point of the reinstallation, I get to the sign in panel with: https://www.domain.com/wp-admin

I put my password (which I reseted and have reconfirmed updated at MySQL and all…) Still, when I enter my password the login page just reloads again and I cannot access my Dashboard.
