Admin Password, Email & DBs

I decided to revive an old blog and discovered several things:

1. Can’t remember Admin password

2. Can’t remember contact email for that blog

3. I have several blogs (some experimental and unpublished) which means I have a LOT of databases. How do I know which database belongs to which blog?

How do I get the password or how do I change the password through cpanel so that I can have access and update this blog? Thanks!
