Admin Panel Not Loading Properly

Hi Evevryone i Am Having a issue is with my wp site dashbord i just installed a wordpress everything this is fine with the website problem is that admin panel of wordpress after login is not loading properly i did everything tried of difrent domain checked all browser

also checked all files footer header function screen.php

and install on diffrent domain like 15 20 times

can any one please help me i am having a cloud vps server

php version is 5.4

mysql version is also working ok
