Admin panel mega slow even after disabling Object Cache

My admin panel becomes extremely slow with W3TC, even after disabling “Object Cache” it is still slow. It becomes faster but it still takes too long.
File “admin-ajax.php” takes too long to load.
Anyone familiar with this issue?
