Admin Panel Loading Without Stylesheets and Scripts

    For some reason, the admin panel now randomly loads incorrectly. Both load-scripts.php and load-styles.php are loaded with weird characters, even though the source of these files are fine. If I do an Inspect Element, they appear like this:

    Of course that repeats for around 100 lines. I’m not sure what to do.
