Admin panel for users?

I will try to explain it now. Is there a plugin that can take admin’s panel out. For example, i want my users to be able to publish posts/pages in my site, but without able to enter wp-admin inside and doing it as default option. But like user’s panel in front page with same function. Something like integrate page/post option in page. Like the same outlook but intergrade in page, where all users can use it or by role.
