Admin Panel dissapeared

  • This is so frustrating
    Suddenly my admin panel dissapeared. Contacted my hosting company and they say that they can see it OK. Just upgraded wordpress and cleared my cookies and cache and I still dont see my admin panel. See here https://ibb.co/Xt0SBMm

    Try clearing your browser cache. Also, if you recently changed nameservers etc., it may take some time to propagate.

    I cleared my browser cache more than 48 hours ago and I still see it like this

    have you checked in the database to find the list of users and their capabilities?

    you can find the database with the tables in it.
    the users are listed in one of the tables.
    in some webhosting vendors, the area to look for is “PHPMYADMIN”.
    (contact your webhosting vendor for assistance to find the database)

    be sure that your email address is set up with administrator capability if you are supposed to be able to access everything in the WordPress dashboard.
    check that there are no unfamiliar users in the database.
