admin pages won't stop refreshing

  • everything seems updated and such but I can’t do anything on the admin side because the pages won’t stop refreshing.

    any suggestions?

  • Hi,

    I know this might sound super basic. Have you tried accessing your site in a different browser? If not a different browser have you tried incognito or in private browsing modes? I would give that a try first just to rule out the browser itself.

    yeah, i tried on chrome, safarii and firefox.. same results – sorry for not posting that in the op

    Thanks for the info. As an additional question: Have you made any changes to your site? I know the original post said everything seems updated. Have you tried deactivating plugins to see if the behavior persistS?

    it was working fine last night when i was adding products and when i went to do stuff this morning was when i noticed the constant refreshing on the admin end.

    After your post i deactivated Jetpack and things seem normal. i guess it was that plug in that may have been causing some of the issues? i’ll post a follow up after using the dashboard for a bit.
